Description
The City of Tupelo, through its Department of Public Works, is soliciting sealed or electronic bids for renovations at Glenwood Cemetery under Project Number 25017.00 and Bid Number 2026-40PW. The scope is described generally as cemetery renovations and related erection, building, construction, repair, maintenance, or related work; the detailed plans and specifications are provided through the bid-document process. Bids must be submitted in duplicate on the blank proposal forms provided with the specifications and accompanied by proposal security equal to at least 5% of the base bid, in the form of a certified check or acceptable bid bond. Bids exceeding $50,000 require a Mississippi Certificate of Responsibility, and bids exceeding $5,000 require the specified certified check or bid bond documentation, including an appropriate power of attorney for the Mississippi resident agent.
