Northeast Mississippi Community College is soliciting bids for Phase 3 of the Sidewalk and Lighting project along Ellis Avenue and North College Street, covering approximately 0.27 miles. The work includes construction of sidewalks, lighting, pedestrian improvements, and all associated labor, equipment, plant, and materials required by the plans and specifications. The project is federally aided and must comply with the Mississippi State Highway Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction, 2017, including applicable amendments, special provisions, and addenda. The award is contingent on satisfying disadvantaged business enterprise and women's business enterprise requirements. A 5% bid security is required, and the successful contractor must provide 100% performance and payment bonds.
