Description
The State of Missouri is soliciting bids for the repair of the interior and exterior of an unheated storage building at the Bellefontaine Readiness Center. The work includes removal and disposal of interior walls, doors, windows, ceilings, lighting, electrical, flooring, plumbing fixtures, and HVAC system; capping removed utilities flush with the finished floor; replacing exterior sheet metal; installing LED lighting, ventilation, and unit heaters; and adding wire caging for unit equipment storage. The contractor must provide all labor and materials. MBE/WBE/SDVE participation goals are 0%/0%/3%. Only MBE/WBE firms certified by the State of Missouri Office of Equal Opportunity as of the bid-opening date, or SDVEs meeting the requirements of Section 34.074, RSMo and 1 CSR 30-5.010, may be used to satisfy the participation goals. SDVE participation is strongly encouraged. Bids must be emailed to the specified recipient.
