Description
The Concordia Parish Airport Authority is requesting Statements of Qualifications from one licensed consulting firm to provide administration, engineering, design, planning, construction observation and management, evaluation, development, and grant administration services for projects at Concordia Parish Airport. Potential projects include replacing runway end identifier lights, upgrading the Jet A fuel farm, constructing or improving hangars, aprons, runways, taxiways, lighting, fencing, access controls, and windsock facilities, as well as environmental assessments, land acquisition, obstruction removal, instrument approach surveys, and airport layout plan updates. Projects are subject to available FAA, State of Louisiana, and airport authority funding, and fees will be negotiated. Submissions must use DOTD standard form SF-330 and address the firm's management and staffing, related project experience, key personnel and subconsultants, workload and capacity, and other relevant qualifications. The selected consultant must be properly licensed in Louisiana, understand FAA and state grant processes and airport design requirements, and remain responsible for the work of any subconsultants. Evaluation will consider firm and staff experience, past performance on similar projects, and key personnel participation.
