Description
The Winn Parish Police Jury is soliciting sealed bids for construction of the Emergency Drainage Improvements, Aunt Marie’s Road project. The contractor must hold a Louisiana State Contractor’s Board license classified for Municipal and Public Works Construction and must begin mobilization and material procurement within 15 working days after receiving the Notice to Proceed. Bidders must submit the proper bid form along with the required certifications, bid bond, bid security, corporate authorization resolution, and acknowledged addenda. The bid bond must accompany the bid in the correct amount, and sureties must be acceptable under U.S. Department of the Treasury Circular 570. The project is subject to applicable equal-employment requirements and Louisiana public-works procurement law.
