Description
The National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC) seeks experienced health center executives to serve as mentors and executive advisors for its Chief Financial Officer and Chief Medical Officer Leadership Exchange programs. Mentors lead monthly virtual cohort meetings, support capstone projects, communicate with participants, attend two in-person program events, and participate in orientation and a final debrief. Executive advisors advise on technical learning content, review learning objectives and curriculum, attend planning meetings as needed, and participate in a final debrief. Mentor commitments are estimated at approximately 35 hours over six months, plus travel; executive advisor commitments are estimated at approximately 40 hours over 10 months. NACHC provides a professional services fee and reimburses travel under its policies. Applicants must have at least three years of relevant health center experience and support from their current or most recent health center supervisor. Executive advisor applications are due October 16, 2026, and mentor applications are due October 30, 2026. Qualified applicants may remain eligible for future programs through June 30, 2030, subject to stated conditions.
