Description
The district seeks a vendor or vendors to supply classroom and ancillary furniture, fixtures, and equipment for a newly constructed middle school. The scope includes purchasing, delivery, assembly, placement, and installation, with removal and disposal of packaging materials. The attached room-type schedules identify furniture and equipment quantities for classrooms, offices, science and computer labs, library areas, dining spaces, music and arts rooms, gyms, and other school areas. Proposals must include pricing using the attached specifications and pricing sheet, identify manufacturers and brands, and provide pictures and specifications for equivalent products. Vendors must guarantee pricing through delivery and installation and confirm whether they can meet the required installation schedule. The district permits subcontracting only with prior written approval and requires supporting documentation of a proposed subcontractor’s means and relevant experience; a payment bond is required if subcontracted labor is used.
