Description
The Department of Labor and Industry seeks a new Challenge Titan Model 265TC commercial guillotine paper cutter, with no substitutions, from the original equipment manufacturer or an authorized dealer or reseller. The bid price must include delivery, installation, and training for designated personnel on safe operation. Bidders must provide product literature and documentation showing their authorized-dealer status. The contract includes a five-year purchase order, an annual preventive-maintenance service agreement, and hourly rates for emergency and non-routine repairs. Maintenance and repair services include labor, transportation, parts, tools, inspection, cleaning, lubrication, adjustments, and service reports. The contractor must provide a one-year parts and on-site repair warranty or the full manufacturer warranty, whichever is greater.
