Description
The Wisconsin Department of Transportation's Bureau of Aeronautics is soliciting a contractor to reconstruct the terminal parking lot at La Crosse Regional Airport (LSE1022) in La Crosse, Wisconsin. The opportunity permits zero and negative unit prices and labor. Addendum No. 1 removes pages I-9 through I-11, titled "Certificate of Buy American Compliance," from the proposal documents. Bidders must acknowledge receipt of the addendum in the electronic bid form.
