Description
The Town is soliciting bids for a 60-month rental of specified Ricoh copiers and managed print services for the school district’s existing printer fleet. The scope includes equipment delivery, installation, networking, training, supplies (excluding paper), maintenance, repairs, replacement guarantees, and end-of-term equipment removal and data wiping. Pricing is requested on a cost-per-copy/page basis, with separate technical and cost parts; pricing must not appear in Part A. Managed print services include device monitoring and asset management, meter collection and reporting, supplies replenishment, help desk support, break-fix service, and device move/add/change/disposal coordination. The proposal must address the required equipment and software specifications, provide a detailed implementation plan and proposed rental agreement, complete the references form and compliance checklist, and include supporting service documentation. PaperCut MF is specified with no substitution, and the vendor must have in-house certified PaperCut engineers; that support cannot be outsourced.
