Description
Denver Health and Hospital Authority is soliciting proposals from established investment management organizations to provide investment management and advisory services for Denver Health's long-term growth portfolio, Denver Health Redevelopment Corporation accounts, and fixed-income accounts. The selected firm must demonstrate at least five years of institutional investment management or advisory experience, experience with portfolios of similar size and complexity, adequate personnel and resources, and the ability to comply with the authority's investment policy, fiduciary, regulatory, contractual, and reporting requirements. The proposal must address portfolio construction and volatility mitigation, investment policy and asset-allocation recommendations, client service, reporting functionality with Clearwater, fees and expenses, platform-placement payments, and whether the firm acts as a co-fiduciary or outsourced chief investment officer. Required submissions include a signed cover sheet, table of contents, executive summary, value-added discussion, proposed team and organization chart, scheduling information, contractual-agreement response, pricing, and the specified completed attachments.
