PUBLIC NOTICE Mason Health Phase II GC CM Request for Qualifications Mason County Public Hospital District No. 1, doing business as Mason Health, invites Statements of Qualifications from qualified general contractor/construction manager (GC/CM) firms for the Phase II Campus Improvements at Mason General Hospital, 901 Mountain View Drive, Shelton, Washington. The procurement will follow chapter 39.10 RCW. The work at this occupied hospital includes a temporary laboratory and office; permanent laboratory and office improvements; endoscope processing and procedure room revisions; an emergency department secure treatment room; kitchen and servery sanitary waste line repair; and integrated modular operating room ceiling systems. The estimated maximum allowable construction cost is $8,500,000 for evaluation purposes. Statements of Qualifications are due October 9, 2026.
