Submission Instructions
Description
The City of North Pole is seeking proposals for plowing and/or removing snow and hardpack from approximately 19.5 miles, or 39 lane miles, of city streets and city facilities. Work will be performed on an as-requested basis according to the order and instructions in Attachment B, with streets, alleys, and facility parking lots identified in the proposal materials. The proposal package includes a Contractor Proposal Form, Attachment A (City Streets and Facilities to Be Plowed), Attachment B (Special Plowing Instructions), Attachment C (Alternatives 1, 2, and 3, which are not required to bid), and Attachment D (standard contract).
