Description
The St. Clair County Road Commission is soliciting bids for the structural rehabilitation of corrugated metal pipes using a spray-applied geopolymer liner. The project includes two locations: Bayview Shores Drive (185' N of Anchor Bay Drive) and Capac Road (40' S of Dryden Road). Work involves mobilization, culvert cleanout, geopolymer structural liner installation, cofferdams, bypass pumping, construction dams, project cleanup, and minor traffic control devices. The engineer's estimate is $375,000. Bids are due June 25, 2026, at 11:00 AM EDT. A bid bond of 5% is required. The contract includes a performance bond and labor and material bond each at 100% of the contract price. Work must be substantially complete by September 30, 2026.
