Description
The Broward Sheriff's Office seeks to establish a pool of qualified firms that can provide temporary, as-needed professional IT personnel to augment its Information Technology Division and support specific projects. Requested disciplines include database administration, network operations, application development, technical analysis, GIS, systems administration, cloud DevOps, cybersecurity, Workday specialties, and IT project coordination. The agency anticipates multiple awards and does not guarantee any task orders or minimum work; candidates may be requested, interviewed, and screened for individual assignments, with pricing requested for top-ranked candidates. Proposers must demonstrate relevant firm and staff experience, provide at least three similar project summaries and three completed client references, and submit staff resumes and certifications. The response also includes a proposal questionnaire, company background and staff qualifications, litigation information, BSO forms, and an acknowledgment form. The anticipated master agreement term is three years with two one-year renewal options. Individual assignments will be issued through task orders, and subcontracting requires BSO's written approval.
