Description
The USDA's National Detector Dog Training Center requires a contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and expertise to design, construct, and install fenced livestock enclosures, shelters, flooring, utilities, water systems, and a simulated chute-training environment. The facilities will support on-site goat housing and acclimation of New World Screwworm detector dogs to livestock environments. The work must integrate with existing facility infrastructure and comply with applicable USDA facility, animal-welfare, and safety standards. The contractor must commence work immediately upon receipt of the notice to proceed and complete the entire project ready for use by October 16, 2026.
