Description
Public Utility District No. 1 of Lewis County is requesting Statements of Qualifications from engineering and professional consulting firms to provide on-call, as-needed services for the Cowlitz Falls Hydroelectric Project and other existing or future generation resources. Work will be authorized through individual task orders, with no minimum amount of work guaranteed, and may involve one or more areas of specialization. The scope includes asset planning, dam safety, civil, geotechnical, structural, electrical, mechanical, controls and communications, surveying, hydrometric, construction management, FERC licensing and relicensing, environmental and permitting, fisheries and wildlife, recreation, emergency response, and related generation-resource services. The District intends to establish agreements for an initial term from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2030, with possible mutual extensions. Respondents must demonstrate at least three similar projects completed within the past 10 years and submit a maximum 50-page Statement of Qualifications, excluding required forms, dividers, references, and resumes.
