Description
The Orange County Fire Authority is seeking authorized vendors to supply new light-duty and medium-duty fleet vehicles or approved equivalents. The requested vehicle categories include 2026 Chevrolet Colorado, 2027 Chevrolet Express Passenger Van 3500, 2026 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LT, 2027 Chevrolet Tahoe 4WD commercial vehicles, and 2026 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD vehicles. Estimated quantities total 86 units across fiscal years 2026/27 through 2030/31, although the quantities are not guaranteed and OCFA may make single or multiple awards by vehicle category. Proposals must address the detailed vehicle specifications, accessories, safety features, warranty coverage, delivery lead time, pricing, and vendor qualifications. Vendors must be authorized dealers for the proposed vehicle categories and capable of selling, delivering, and servicing the vehicles. Pricing must include delivery, offloading, preparation, documentation, transfer, environmental, disposal, and applicable registration-related charges, with delivery requested within 120 calendar days after receipt of an OCFA purchase order. The contract is firm fixed price for an initial one-year period with up to four annual renewals by mutual agreement. Required response materials include Exhibits A through H, including vehicle specifications, proposal questionnaire, at least three references, pricing, offeror information, IRS Form W-9, party and participant disclosure forms, and certification of proposal.
