Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Little Rock District, is requesting quotations for firm-fixed-price janitorial services at the DeQueen Project Office, including daily cleaning and two semi-annual deep-cleaning services. The contractor must furnish labor, supervision, equipment, transportation, cleaning supplies, restroom supplies, and other materials necessary to maintain the office, lobby, restrooms, kitchen areas, parking areas, walkways, and related facilities. The contract requires quality control inspections and reports, a quality control plan, work schedules, safety and security documentation, background vetting for contractor personnel, and compliance with specified insurance, environmental, safety, and physical-security requirements. Award will be based on the lowest total price for the base period and two 12-month option periods.
