Description
Buffalo Public Schools Office of Technology Services is seeking Bretford CUBE device storage carts with capacity for 32 devices to store and charge Apple iPads, 10th generation and newer. The solicitation includes an offering specification and requires a bid table, offering questionnaire, signed non-collusive bidding certification, insurance certificate, completed equal opportunity form, and references. Optional submissions include disclosure and debarment narratives, certifications, MWBE compliance and subcontractor documentation, an anti-lobbying narrative, and a W-9.
