Description
The Township of Middletown is seeking bids for an online tax sale hosting service to conduct an accelerated internet-based sale for delinquent property taxes and sewer charges. The service will be for a period of one year, commencing no later than ten days following the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing a comprehensive online platform that facilitates bidder registration, online bidding, payment processing, and reporting. The platform must comply with all state regulations, including those related to publication of notice, bidder registration, conducting the sale, and payment processing. The vendor must also meet specific technological, cybersecurity, and internal control standards, and have experience conducting online tax sales in multiple states. The contract will be awarded through a "fair and open" process to the most advantageous proposal.
