Description
Appalachian State University is soliciting sealed lump-sum proposals for a single-prime contract covering the labor, materials, and equipment required for main steam line replacement and vault access construction. The project requires contractors to hold the proper North Carolina licenses for their respective trades, including the applicable general or mechanical contractor classification. A bid deposit or bid bond equal to at least five percent of the proposal is required. The successful bidder must provide performance and payment bonds, each equal to 100 percent of the contract price.
