The New York State Office for People With Developmental Disabilities is seeking quotes from responsible and qualified MWBE, SDVOB, or New York State small-business contractors to install gutter guards on gutters at homes in Nassau and Suffolk Counties. The procurement is limited to eligible certified or qualifying businesses under New York State discretionary procurement authorities, and only one award will be issued under the related postings based on the vendor's status. References, relevant experience, financial resources, applicable insurance, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations are required. The contractor and subcontractors must be registered with the New York State Department of Labor, and the contractor must submit its Certificate of Contractor Registration with the bid for this Article 8 project. Firms claiming MWBE or SDVOB status must submit their certification documents with the quote. At least three references for similar projects may be requested.
