Description
The U.S. Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC) is soliciting quotes for portable toilet rental services. This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for commercial items, with an anticipated award of a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order on a Best Value basis. The core requirement includes the rental of two portable toilet lift units equipped with hand sanitizer. These units must be suitable for lifting by an overhead crane onto the CGC Campbell. Weekly cleaning services are required, including emptying waste, renewing fluids, and sanitizing the interior. Hand sanitizer and toilet paper must be refilled weekly. The contractor must coordinate cleaning schedules with the U.S. Coast Guard Yard, especially around holidays. Additionally, the solicitation includes a line item for up to four extra weekly cleanings if required, which will only be billed if needed. There is also an option to extend services past the estimated End of Availability (EOIW). The period of performance is from June 30, 2026, to May 30, 2027. The place of performance is the U.S. Coast Guard Yard at 2401 Hawkins Point Road, Baltimore, MD 21226.
