Description
Carroll County is requesting Statements of Qualifications from construction firms seeking prequalification for a future term contract covering as-needed repair and replacement of water and wastewater mains, laterals, pumping stations, treatment facilities, and related utility system components. The resulting work is expected to include labor, materials, and equipment for both normal workday services and after-hours emergency services. The Statement of Qualifications must include a company profile, information about assigned office staff and the on-site construction foreman, references for at least three similar major water or wastewater utility projects successfully completed within the past five years, and a copy of the Maryland Certificate of Good Standing. The submission is limited to 15 one-sided standard pages, must use at least 12-point font, and must be uploaded as a single PDF. Prequalification is evaluated on a pass/fail basis and is required for participation in the separately advertised Invitation for Bid.
