Description
Forest Grove School District is seeking proposals for leased dark fiber or high-capacity Ethernet (leased lit fiber) connecting district facilities with neighboring school district and educational service district facilities. The requested services include four dark-fiber strands, leased lit-fiber circuit options from 10 Gbps through 100 Gbps, standalone data transmission, Category One maintenance and operations, installation and initial configuration, and related network construction. Proposals must provide recurring and non-recurring pricing, service-level and recovery-time commitments, build-out schedules, fiber route information, fiber specifications, and documented fiber-testing procedures. The solicitation requests pricing for five-year and ten-year initial terms with specified extension options, requires at least three comparable recent customer references, and requires compliance with applicable E-rate, FCC, Oregon procurement, licensing, and insurance requirements.
