Description
Fisheries and Oceans Canada seeks user experience professional services on an as-and-when-requested basis to support its Chief Digital Officer Sector’s digital transformation toward user-centered products and services. The work aims to improve client satisfaction with the accessibility of the department’s programs and services, including for persons living with disabilities. Requested expertise includes UX design, UX research, content design, testing, business analysis, and service design at Levels 2 and 3. The procurement is limited to qualified Tier 2 Task-Based Informatics Professional Services Supply Arrangement holders in the National Capital Region. One contract is intended, with an estimated term of two years and an estimated effort of 200 days per resource per year. The current service provider is Levio Conseils Inc. This is a conditional set-aside under the federal Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business. The notice states that the required resource security level is Reliability and the minimum corporate security requirement is Designated Organization Screening; bidders do not need the required clearance to submit a bid.
