Description
The County of Mendocino seeks an evaluator for its three-year youth cannabis prevention project. The work includes developing an evaluation plan with logic models, performance indicators, and data collection methods; designing and administering quantitative and qualitative tools such as surveys, interviews, and focus groups; collecting baseline, midpoint, and endline data; and analyzing results. The evaluator will provide ongoing feedback and consultation, participate in project meetings as needed, and present findings to stakeholders. Deliverables include a detailed evaluation plan, a community survey, annual interim progress reports, a final evaluation report, and stakeholder presentations or briefs as requested. The proposal must include an executive summary and narrative addressing the vendor’s experience, qualifications, approach, personnel, references, timeline, and cost proposal, along with the specified attachments and insurance documentation.
