Description

The contractor shall provide continued maintenance, software support, upgrades, technical support, and hardware warranty services for the computerized patient tracking system used by the Gallup Indian Medical Center Pharmacy. The system supports staff-assisted and kiosk self-check-in, ticketing, queuing, routing, public display notifications, audio announcements, reporting, and cross-location access to tracking data for two pharmacy locations. Required services include annual software maintenance; updates, service packs, patches, and covered platform upgrades; maintenance of ticket printers, display and audio licenses, kiosk licenses, and user licenses; 24-hour-per-day, 365-day-per-year call-center support; 24/7 emergency support; on-call field service for necessary on-site tasks; health checks and preventive maintenance; replacement of defective hardware components; RMA processing; overnight shipment for critical hardware issues within the continental United States; and compliance with service-level requirements, including critical response within 30 minutes. The system must maintain at least five years of tracking history and comply with HIPAA, Privacy Act, and related patient-information confidentiality requirements.
