Description
The Latrobe Municipal Authority is soliciting bids for the Brinker Avenue Waterline Replacement project. This project requires contractors to replace existing waterlines. Contract documents and drawings can be obtained from Gibson-Thomas Engineering Co., Inc. for a non-refundable fee of $150.00. Proposals must be accompanied by a certified check or Bidder's Bond equal to ten percent (10%) of the proposal amount, made payable to the Latrobe Municipal Authority. Bids cannot be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after submission. Compliance with Act 127 of 2012 (Public Works Employment Verification Act) and Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Requirements is mandatory. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any informalities.
