SAK Construction, LLC is seeking Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) subcontractors for the Metropolitan Council's Coon Rapids 4-NS-525 Rehabilitation Phase 2 project. Listed subcontracting opportunities include sanitary sewer cleaning and CCTV inspection, sewer and manhole rehabilitation, construction field office furnishing and installation, traffic control and protection, pavement markings, fencing, erosion control, dewatering, site clearing and restoration, rock construction entrances, heavy-duty protection mats, park-gate salvage and reinstallation, pavement and curb removal, concrete and asphalt restoration, temporary wastewater conveyance, chemical-grout point repairs, mainline service-connection grouting, surveying and staking, and street sweeping. DBE firms must contact Ryan Hogenmiller in writing to discuss subcontracting opportunities, and all negotiations must be completed before the November 4, 2026, bid opening. SAK Construction, LLC will select subcontract bids from the lowest responsive, responsible bidders.
