Description
The Indian Health Service is soliciting weekly collection, transportation, and lawful disposal of non-hazardous commercial and residential solid waste for the Crow Service Unit. The contractor must provide all labor, vehicles, equipment, fuel, fees, supplies, receptacles, and applicable permits and licenses; maintain a contingency plan; comply with applicable regulations; and correct missed pickups within 24 hours. Federal-holiday pickups move to the following day. The requirement includes a 12-month base period from November 28, 2026, through November 27, 2027, with four 12-month option years. Services cover six locations and include a 25-yard roll-off compactor, six-yard containers, rear-load containers, and 90-gallon containers in the quantities specified in the price schedule. Award will be made on a lowest-price technically acceptable basis, evaluating collection frequency, containers, disposal, licensing, service response, schedule, price, and recent and relevant past performance.
