Description
The National Park Service is soliciting quotations from small businesses for the firm-fixed-price supply and delivery of one commercial sign printer for Redwood National Park. The requested equipment must meet detailed performance and physical specifications, including UV-LED traffic-sign inks, resolutions up to 1,200 dpi, a maximum media width of 63.8 inches, Ethernet and USB interfaces, compatible software, and a one-year limited warranty. TrafficJet Xpress with a Mimaki UCJV-300 platform is identified as the brand-name reference, but equivalent products meeting the stated salient characteristics will be accepted. The quotation may also include an optional compatible laminator with specified width, thickness, speed, electrical, and warranty requirements. Quotations must include the completed Standard Form 1449, a technical description, relevant experience involving comparable projects within the past six years, past-performance references for comparable work within the past six years, and required representations or certifications. The government will evaluate price, technical acceptability, relevant experience, and past performance, including option pricing.
