Description
Strathcona County is seeking a qualified contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, coordination, and related services for metal roof and eave repairs at Festival Place. The work includes repairing existing roof assemblies and eave systems; replacing moisture-damaged roofing materials; coordinating temporary removal and reinstatement of rooftop equipment; installing and testing heat-trace systems with associated electrical modifications; and providing temporary protection, safety measures, and site restoration. Interior work includes drywall, painting, and flooring repairs. The contractor must provide project planning, scheduling, submittal management, quality control, safety management, testing, commissioning, record documentation, and closeout services. The facility will remain operational, requiring coordination with County representatives and facility operations, maintenance of public safety and access, and minimization of disruptions to patrons and staff. The selected respondent will enter into the County's standard construction agreement.
