Description
The City of Boston Public Facilities Department (PFD) is requesting statements of qualifications (SOQs) to prequalify subcontractors for the South End Branch Library project (Project No. 7289). This is the first phase of a two-step procurement process. The construction estimate for the project is $24,340,000.00. Prequalified subcontractors will be invited to submit bids in response to an Invitation for Bids (IFB) in Phase II. The RFQ is issued pursuant to M.G.L. c.149, sections 44D 1/2 and 44D 3/4.
