Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Northern Arizona Healthcare System, intends to award a delivery order to BMK Ventures, Inc. for the delivery and installation of portable air conditioning units and windows. The requirement addresses underperforming HVAC systems and the need for supplemental cooling to maintain safe, comfortable indoor temperatures and operational continuity during periods of high heat. This is a Special Notice of Intent rather than a competitive solicitation or request for offers. The agency anticipates using sole-source authority for a certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business and will consider responses only as evidence that conducting a competitive procurement would be advantageous to the Government.
