Description
The Columbus Consolidated Government seeks a fully integrated ERP system, potentially cloud-hosted as a Software-as-a-Service platform, to support financial management, budgeting, procurement and contract management, human resources, payroll, time and attendance, benefits, workflow automation, reporting, and analytics. The system must support secure access, integrations, electronic approvals and signatures, data export, and disaster recovery and business continuity capabilities. The selected vendor will provide implementation and transition services, including project management, configuration, data migration and conversion from the City's current CGI Advantage environment, integration development, testing, training, go-live and cutover support, and ongoing maintenance and support. The proposal must include a detailed system and service plan, transition plan, itemized cost proposal, comparable public-sector ERP client history, and the specified affidavits, compliance forms, addenda acknowledgment, insurance checklist or certificate, W-9, and business license. The solicitation also requests a copy of the proposed software license agreement and descriptive literature for the proposed system.
