Description
Lexington County seeks a single authorized South Carolina dealer for Hurst Jaws of Life rescue tools to service its Hurst E-Draulic equipment, including spreaders, cutters, rams, combination tools, and related tools. Work includes operational checks, load-cell testing, adjustment to manufacturer specifications, disassembly, cleaning, greasing, and torquing. Service and repairs must comply with the 2015 edition of NFPA 1936, use only Hurst-approved fluids and parts, and be performed by personnel certified by Hurst Jaws of Life. Service is to take place over three to four days at fire station locations determined by the County. The contractor must bring sufficient qualified staff, fluids, couplings, blades, cases, and other components to complete the scheduled work. The listed inventory and quantities may change.
