Description
Lexington County seeks qualified engineering consultants for on-call assignments across a broad range of disciplines. Potential work includes transportation and highway design, structural and traffic engineering, geotechnical services, stormwater and environmental engineering, land and geodetic surveying, environmental field delineation, real property acquisition, and construction management and inspection. Assignments may include design, analysis, permitting, testing, field work, and construction oversight, depending on project needs. Proposers must submit qualifications for proposed teams and personnel, including resumes, relevant project experience, references, staffing capabilities, and responses to the stated selection criteria. The technical proposal is limited to 25 double-spaced pages with a minimum 10-point font, and the proposal must include an original PDF version and a redacted PDF version. The solicitation also requires a proposal bond equal to 5% of the total proposal amount, despite a contradictory heading stating that bonds are not required. Performance and payment bonds may apply after award under the stated conditions.
