Description
The district seeks a provider for rentals and purchases of elementary band instruments, with the possibility of including instruments for all grade levels through high school. Rental instruments must include required accessories and a district-selected method book. The vendor must be able to supply up to 680 instruments at a base rate and maintain capacity for up to 800 instruments, offer a 90-day warranty for rentals and purchases, and be an authorized dealer for Eastman, Yamaha, and Conn-Selmer instruments. The scope also includes maintenance and repairs for rented instruments, prompt exchanges or replacements, delivery of instruments and materials to designated school sites, and assistance with distribution and collection. The proposal must provide itemized rental and purchase pricing, volume discounts, and pricing or confirmation for accessories, delivery, maintenance, and repairs. The district also seeks professional development and music-program support, including educator workshops, guest conductors, curricular materials, an in-school representative, and administrator professional development.
