Description
Niagara College requires a supplier to provide, deliver, assemble, install, and prepare two ambulance patient-care-compartment simulators for operation at the Welland campus by July 15, 2027. The base requirement is limited to the ambulance patient-care compartments. Proposals must clearly identify the base model and separately describe and price optional driver's cabs, driving stations, driving simulation systems, and other available upgrades. The revised price form requires separate pricing for the two simulators, delivery/assembly/installation, onsite training for College faculty and staff, and optional one-year maintenance after the warranty, along with separate prices for the driving-related upgrades. Pricing must be in Canadian dollars, all-inclusive except for HST, and include applicable discounts and associated delivery, training, insurance, travel, and overhead costs. The initial one-year agreement may be renewed for up to three additional one-year periods.
