Description
The Florida Department of Transportation is conducting market research on solutions and strategies to modernize and enhance its ProjectSuite Enterprise Edition (PSEE), an enterprise project management system used statewide to manage project information and workflows across the project delivery lifecycle. Respondents are asked to describe their proposed platform and modernization approach, including data migration, implementation milestones, startup and recurring costs, and how the solution would meet the capabilities in the attached questionnaire matrix. Responses must address the existing technology environment and integrations, hosting and operations, security, identity and authorization, document management, reporting, scheduled processing, maintenance, and product roadmap. Respondents must also complete the capabilities questionnaire workbook. This is an RFI for informational purposes only, not a solicitation or offer for a contract; the agency may use responses to shape a future procurement.
