Description
The City seeks complete magnesium hydroxide storage, mixing, and dosing systems for industrial wastewater treatment and pH adjustment. Bidders must price six configurations: single-wall and double-wall tanks in three capacity ranges (1,200–1,600, 3,400–4,000, and 6,000–6,500 gallons). Systems include slurry-compatible tanks, mechanical agitators, dosing pumps, electrical controls, instrumentation compatible with the City's existing SCADA system, and associated components. The bid requires completed pricing and technical information, including manufacturer specifications and supporting technical literature. The successful bidder will provide equipment, materials, transportation and unloading, installation, testing, commissioning, and on-site operator training. The scope also includes engineering drawings, operating and maintenance documentation, and specified equipment warranties. Award is intended for one lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
