Description
Jefferson County is soliciting bids for genuine OEM replacement parts and labor rates for County-owned Jeep, Dodge, and Chrysler vehicles and equipment. Parts will be purchased in unknown quantities as required, using the manufacturer's price list, with bidders providing discounts from list price and hourly labor rates, including wheel alignment pricing. In-stock parts must be delivered within 24 hours and out-of-stock parts within two days after receipt of order, with delivery anywhere in Jefferson County. The initial contract term is November 1, 2026, through October 31, 2028, with a mutually agreed one-year renewal option. The County guarantees no minimum or maximum purchases. Required insurance includes workers' compensation, disability, automobile liability, commercial general liability, and related coverages; the County must be named as an additional insured on specified policies.
