Description
The U.S. Air Force is soliciting firm-fixed-price quotes for a lot of Polaris MRZR repair parts for the 36th Contingency Response Squadron and 736th Security Forces Squadron. The requirement includes 43 brand-name-only Polaris Defense OEM parts and eight commercial off-the-shelf parts meeting specified physical, chemical, and electrical characteristics. The price list includes vehicle components, wheels, tires, mounts, panels, drivetrain and suspension parts, brakes, fuses, tools, seat belts, clutches, batteries, lubricants, and grease, plus shipping and delivery. Offerors must price every individual part and shipping line item using the designated price-list workbook, submit a completed and signed SF 1449, and provide a technical description sufficient to demonstrate compliance. The technical description is limited to five pages, including the cover sheet and table of contents, using 12-point Times New Roman. Brand-name-only items must be new, authentic Polaris Defense OEM products traceable to an authorized distribution source; surplus, remanufactured, and gray-market items are unacceptable. Delivery is required within 180 calendar days after award, and the contractor must provide the applicable manufacturer warranties for at least 12 months after final Government acceptance.
