Description
Fort Pierce Utilities Authority is seeking a vendor to supply and deliver approximately 400 tons annually of 93% sulfuric acid (66 Baume) to its Water Treatment Plant. The acid must have purity between 92% and 94%, total iron content not exceeding 25 ppm, and certification conforming to NSF/ANSI Standard 60 for potable water treatment. Deliveries must be FOB destination, in quantities of 20 to 26 tons, during normal weekday delivery hours. The proposal must include pricing per wet ton, an extended annual total, minimum order quantity, delivery time after receipt of order, current NSF/ANSI verification, a typical current Certificate of Analysis, and a current Safety Data Sheet. The agreement term runs from execution through November 30, 2031, with annual price increases at renewal capped at 3%.
