Description
Los Angeles County is soliciting a contractor to provide management, operation, and maintenance services for the Arcadia Tennis Center. The scope includes tennis and sport-court maintenance and related Parks and Recreation operations. The solicitation package includes a complete bid, required County forms and exhibits, the Community Business Enterprise information worksheet in Excel format, prevailing-wage compliance materials, and a certificate of insurance. Exhibit 6 must be submitted in Excel format. The opportunity is due October 20, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
