Description
The City of Gaithersburg is seeking a contractor for the Rabbitt Road Stream and Vegetative Buffer Restoration project. The work includes construction in seven phases along approximately 1,478 linear feet of Long Draught Branch, plus approximately 619 linear feet of work at four stormwater outfall channels entering the branch. The scope also includes final stabilization of access areas and planting approximately 0.4 acre of expanded riparian buffer along the southwest side of the channel. Construction must follow the phased sequence and requirements in the design plans and solicitation, including final stabilization. Attendance at the pre-submission meeting is mandatory; offerors that do not attend may not submit a proposal.
