Description
The City of Daytona Beach is soliciting bids for a construction and technology installation project at Cypress Aquatic Park. The selected contractor must install six 20-foot direct-burial camera poles, six Axis P3748-PLVE cameras, NEMA 4X enclosures, mounting hardware, fiber-optic cabling and terminations, hardened media converters, SFP transceivers, outdoor-rated Cat6 patch cables, and associated handholes and accessories. The work also includes installing separate power and fiber conduits, a centralized network-monitored UPS with at least 20 minutes of runtime, branch-circuit wiring and grounding, weatherproof key switches, camera programming and aiming, Genetec licensing, network and video-stream testing, and complete as-built drawings. Bidders must hold the required prime-contractor licenses and submit proof of licensure, a 10% bid security, required online forms, a current W-9, and the required pricing proposal. A 100% performance bond and payment bond are required after award when the contract price is at least $100,000.
