Description
CHC is seeking a contractor to modernize an existing elevator at its healthcare facility. The scope includes removing and properly disposing of existing equipment; replacing the controller, wiring, and safety switches; installing an in-car control panel and car door operator; replacing power-unit oil; and performing related modernization work. The contractor must coordinate and schedule the work with CHC to minimize impacts on patient care and staff workflows, and some work may need to occur outside normal business hours. A vendor site review is scheduled for September 23, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. The RFP must be requested by email from the identified procurement contact.
